“The Merano WineFestival, founded and organised by Helmuth Köcher, is one of the most exclusive and most elegant oenogastronomic events in Europe, dedicated to the best of Italian and international wines, gastronomic delicacies, exclusive hotels and star chefs and other culinary delights,” is written on the official site of the organizers. I have to admit, its absolutely true.

Facts: 486 producers from Italy and other countries in the section Wine; 52 wine producers bio&dynamica; 90 professionaly produced culinary delights in the section Culinaria; 15 destilleries (Aquavitae&Liquores); 10 breweries with home made beer (BeerPassion); 10 WineResorts; GourmetArena.
