The Wine Tasting Club of Slovenia – Klub pokuševalcev vina Slovenije, had at the Biotechnical Faculty in Ljubljana professional education lesson named: Standardisation of Tastes in the Evaluation of Excellent Wines. Workshop was led by recognised profesors dr.Tatjana Košmerl and dr. Mojmir Vondra. The club was established in 2010 by the desire to acquire additional skills in the broader field of sensory evaluation of wines. My TOP
