If you are interested in Slovenian wines and you would like to meet the producers and hear some wine stories, then you are welcome to explore wines/wine makers on every second Wednesday at the Wine Cellars of Slovenia. This time we tasted Štekar wines made by ecologically grown grapes, from Goriška Brda region. For dinner were offered Caviar with egg cream, Backed shrimp tails in marinade, Gnocchi with goat cottage cheese and wild garlic, Wild boar shank with potatoes and for desert Coffee cake.

I like that Štekar wines are organically produced and I didn’t find any mistakes in wines. So, good work & keep on doing like that!
