Chef of the Century - Joël Robuchon, wisited Slovenia. He was invited by Slovenian company Proconi (partner of Fleury Michon). Joël is also a consultant of companies and that’s why he came to see the preparation of the pommes puree (this was also one of the dishes which made him famous), made by Proconi. At the special event, which was in castle at Murska Sobota - Slovenian top chefs and culinary experts presented to Robuchon the tradition of our country. Beside food they served wine.

He was impressed by RANINA wine from Steyer. Robuchon said: “I am planning to do something with this wine in the near future …”
