27th Edition ofConcours Mondial de Bruxelleswill took place from 1 to 3 May 2020 in Brno, Czech Republic

Three types of medals were awarded: Grand Gold, Gold and Silver. The results of the 2019 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles are here and 2019 Revelations are here.

The 63 panels were evaluating up to 50 wines per day. The entries were divided into consistent flights, taking into account criteria such as origin, grape variety, alcohol level, residual sugar content and retail price for each entry.

350 oenologists and sommeliers, international buyers, journalists, specialist wine writers and critics, researchers and representatives from industry organisations from nearly 50 countries gathered together.

9,150 wines from 46 wine producing countries took part in this year’s competition in the town of Aigle from May 2 to 5 for the 26th Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Over 300 grape varieties have been entered. A total 24 countries entered organic wines in the competition.
