What: Wine Tasting Organized by Goriška Brda Women

If you want to enjoy a different kind of wine tasting you should come this event organized by Women & Wine Slovenia. Winemakers wives, sisters, daughters from Gorška Brda wine district (wine region Primorska) presented an excellent wines from 23 wine cellars (a total of 32 wineries also from other wine regions in Slovenia). They also host WOW Women on Wine with wines from Croatia.

This year Women & Wine Slovenia awards for promoting wine culture went to Urša Cvilak (Pet zvezdic), Darja Zemljič (Kmečki glas), Mira Šemić and our own thethirdwine.com editor in chief Staša Cafuta Trček. There were wine tasting, some eating and dancing. All of them you could'n enjoy more.
