Women and Wine! What a perfect combination, right?
Ten years already and it is still so well organized and popular event. 24 Women from Brda – Goriška Brda has presented its wines and wines from the family wine estates. This year it was awarded special recognition for woman Wine Personality of the decade. Winemaker Ingrid Mahnič has received deserved recognition.
Wine for its taste
The event is great, because it is on the top of Ljubljana, at the Ljubljana Castle. It is outside on fresh air and enough space for chatting and dancing. Talking about music – every year is really not nice music ... don’t know how they manage to got so “bum bum” DJs. And this year wines? It was a palate of different vintages and typical grape varieties so everybody can found the wine for its taste.
