At the 220 tasting tables the visitors could have tasted about 500 wines mainly from Slovenia, but also from Croatia, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Serbia and Spain. Several workshops have taken place under the VinDel Academy: Sauvignon themed workshop by Ptujska klet Winery has offered the vertical overwiev from Vintage 2015, first time cultivated without Bojan Kobal, and back to 1971. Another interesting workshop has paired the selected Karst proscuittos and Zlata Radgonska Penina sparkling wines, Gligoria Cheese Factory from Croatian island of Pag impressed with their cheeses and guided tasting of Vino Slovenia Award exposed the very best flavours. International introduction of Portugiser lead by the director of Portugizer du Monde Hungarian Győrffy Zoltán has offered the abilities of the variety. »The aims of the event are to enable visitors and wineries to find the exclusive flavours, to develop the business networks, to raise the wine culture and to share good practices. This event unites the lovers of great wines and cuisine in domestic circles and is a life-style event to those who appreciate the uality,« has told us Dejan Baier, director of SloVino association and organiser of Salon VinDel. The 9th edition of VinDel is going to take place at 26th of October 2016.
