Slovenski vinski festival is very important wine festival in Slovenia especially for those who taste wine from Slovenian wine producers every year. In EX Yugoslavia there are 3 important wine festivals, beside Slovenian who take place every year in Grand hotel Union in Ljubljana, then is Croatian Vino com in Zagreb in hotel Esplanade and Serbian wine festival called Belgrade wine salon in Hyat regency. All 3 of them represent wines from terroir in Balkan and also some wines from other parts of the world. But the most important is that wines are mostly from the region and we winelovers can learn and explore regional wines.
