Stories from real winemakers life’s are happening once per month. Every time is about different wine producer, from different wine region and people can taste diverse vintages. It’s open for the public. This time, guest was oenologist Danilo Flakhus, from Dveri Pax. His winery becomes in the last years one on the most famous in west and central Slovenia. For example, wines from west – Primorska region in our capital Ljubljana dominate against wines from Štajerska region (Dveri pax comes from there); but honestly their reputation today is going down, cause winemakers from Štajerska made a big progress in quality & winelovers are looking for undiscovered stories.
