A month ago, I was at Tourist - Vine cultural farm Hlebec, where Vanja Mramor made an event with archives wines from Štajerska Slovenia. This time she decided to »steal« those wines from home enviroment and brought them to Slovenian capital – Ljubljana, to restaurant JB, where Chef Janez Bratovž prepared perfect accompanied dishes such as: "Krško polje Pig" terrine with pumpkin and sunflower oil, Ravioli stuffed with pistachios and ricotta cheese and ravioli with pumpkin, guarana and parmesan cheese, celery cream; Fish with cooked vegetables & Orange Cake.
