What is all about
It is about wines. Mostly. What is great for Winelovers is that VinDel Wine Festival is held in the eastern part of Slovenia - in Maribor, which is home to the oldest vine in the world (it is more than 450 years old -Žametna Črnina wine grape). On the festival are mostly winemakers from the eastern part of Slovenia. This year I noticed some new winemakers who attended VinDel for the first time and we can say they were very prominent. I will point out 2 of them. Turizem Breznik from Cerkvenjak Štajerska Slovenia - try their Chardonnay. The other winery is also from Štajerska Slovenia, from Kog - Plemenič vinery - try their Traminer.
